Pour the lukewarm water and dissolve the Saf-instant® yeast in a large salad bowl.

Add the flour, salt and olive oil. Mix until the dough is smooth.

Knead for 5 minutes.

Form a ball with the dough obtained, cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces once the dough is well risen.

Shape the pieces into balls and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Prepare the filling by mixing the zaatar with the olive oil.

Take the balls and flatten them, then add the filling.

Bake in an oven preheated to 240°C for 15 minutes.
