  • 5.5 g Saf-instant Dry Yeast
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 70 g honey
  • 6 pieces of baking chocolate squares
  • 40 g nature yogurt
  • 1 egg white and 1 egg yolk
  • 30 ml warm water

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and Saf-instant dry yeast. Stir the mixture and create a well in the center.

Into the well, add the warm water, yogurt, egg white, and honey. Mix and knead the dough, then let it rise for 1 hour.

Punch down the dough and divide it into six pieces. Roll out each piece, place a square of baking chocolate in the center, and shape into buns.

Place the buns on a baking sheet and let them rise for an additional hour.

Brush the buns with egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
