Pour the lukewarm water and dissolve the Saf-instant® yeast in a large salad bowl.

Add the flour, salt and olive oil. Mix until the dough is smooth.

Knead for 5 minutes.

Form a ball with the dough obtained, cover and leave to ferment for 40 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a round using a rolling pin and add the filling.
