  • Dough
  • 500g flour
  • 250g water
  • 10 g salt
  • 5g white pepper
  • 8g Saf Instant yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 50g oil
  • 100g powdered milk
  • 50g sugar
  • Topping 1 egg

In a bowl, spill the flour, the salt, the Saf-instant dry yeast, the white pepper, the powdered milk and the sugar.  Mix it all up and make a well in the center

Add the egg, the oil and the water ; Mix it all and then knead the dough until it peels off your hand. Roll the dough for the rest

Let rest about 30 minutes.

Degas the dough then cut it to make small parts of about 90 – 100g then ball into small parts then place in the molds for fermentation

Let rise 1h 40.

Glaze with a beaten egg and bake in the oven for 18 minutes at 200°C
