  • 440g flour
  • 5g salt
  • 50g nougatine
  • 7g Saf-Instant Dry Yeast
  • 450ml warm water
  • 80g sugar
  • Cooking oil to taste

In a bowl, add the flour, salt, Saf Instant yeast, sugar ; Mix dry

Make a well and add the warm water. Mix until you get a homogeneous paste

Cover and let rest about 2 hours

Degas the dough and add the nougatine cracks ; mix

Shape dough balls and dip them gradually in the hot frying oil.

Remove the puff puff when they turn golden and place them on absorbent paper before tasting.
