  • 5.5 g Saf-instant Dry Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbs honey
  • 3 tbs cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml warm water

Combine flour, salt, cocoa powder, Saf-instant dry yeast and mix.

Add water, olive oil and honey to your mix and blend the dough.

Let your dough rise 1 hour and 30 minutes

Punch down the dough

Divide in 12 balls and cover with a clean towel and let rise for 10 minutes

Flatten in small disks

Place on baking paper on baking tray

Bake at 230° for 7 minutes
