Pour the lukewarm water and dissolve the Saf-instant® yeast in a large salad bowl.

Add the flour, salt and olive oil. Mix until the dough is smooth.

Knead for 5 minutes.

Form a ball with the dough obtained then divide it into 3 equal pieces.

Cover and leave to ferment for 1 hour.

In a small salad bowl, prepare the filling by mixing the garlic, onions and meat.

Take the balls and flatten them into a round. Spread the tomato sauce and add the garnish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C for 15 minutes.
