  • 5.5 g Saf-instant Dry Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs fine semolina flour
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g honey
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 115 ml warm water

Combine flour, salt, Saf-instant dry yeast and mix.

Add honey, olive oil and whisk and knead the dough

Roll out into a 30 cm x 10 cm rectangle

Place in a baking tray and grease the surface of the dough with oil

Sprinkle with fine semolina flour

Let the dough rise for 1 hour

Slice dough in sticks and stretch them to desired size

Line the sticks on a baking sheet

Bake at 220° for 20 minutes
