  • 5.5 g Saf-instant Dry Yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs ginger powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs white sugar
  • 3 tbs tomato sauce
  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g beef ham
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 150 ml warm water
  • 50 ml sunflower oil

Combine flour, sugar, ginger powder, salt, black pepper, Saf-instant dry yeast and mix.

Mix together water and oil until well blended.

Knead for 20 minutes
