  • 250g flour
  • 150ml warm water
  • 1tSP salt
  • 5.5g Saf Instant dry yeast
  • 30g soft butter
  • 150g minced steack x 4
  • 1 tomato puree
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 slice of melting cheese
  • 4 lettuce
  • ½ parsley bunch
  • 1 onion puree
  • 3 garlic clove
  • 1 tSP black pepper
  • Tomato powder 1 tBS
  • Frying oil

In a bowl, spill the flour, salt, tomato powder and saf instant dry yeast ; mix dry

Make a well, add water, soft butter ; mix, knead and roll the dough.

Cover and let rest during 1H.

Degaz the dough, knead, divide in 4 pieces and form balls

Flatten the balls and let rise 1H

Fry until brownish

The garnish : in a pan, add oil, steacks, salt and pepper, onion puree, tomato puree, garlic and parsley. Mix and cook for 5 minutes

Melt the cheese squares on the steaks
