INGREDIENTS

  • 600g flour
  • 7.5 g Saf Instant dry yeast
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 10g salt
  • 2 eggs + 1 white egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 tbS Moringa powder
  • 45g white sugar

In a bowl, spill the sugar, moringa, salt, yeast ; mix dry

Make a well, add the eggs, egg yolk, sunflower oil, water ; whisk the eggs first, mix it all up

Then knead the dough during 10 minutes until it peels off your hand. Form a ball with the dough, grease a bowl and place the dough in it ; cover and let rise for 45 minutes

Degas the dough, then knead it and divide in 6 pieces

Shape each piece in ropes 30 cm long, then gather the ropes at the top and attach them together

Braid and squeeze the ends together ; sprinkle with flour, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

Brush with whisked egg white.

Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C
