20 Sep Orange flat donuts
In a bowl, spill the flour, salt, sugar, yeast ; mix dry
Make a well, add the egg, oil, liquid milk, orange flavor and orange juice. Mix until you get a homogeneous dough. Add the orange zest, and keep knead the dough until it peels off your hand.
Roll the dough and let rest 10 minutes
Degas the dough then flatten it using a roller, up to 5 mm thick. Cut into slices, use a round accessory
Leave to ferment for 1h30 at room temperature.
Fry in hot oil
